Is it a fake honey when it crystallizes the surface?
It is a natural physical phenomenon when honey becomes crystallizing on the surface due to higher level of glucose than that of sugar. It changes depending on the temperature in the atmosphere and it easily occurs below 10˚C~15°C.

The way to keep your honey fresh~
It is a wrong way if you keep your honey in the fridge and it causes white crystallizing and hardening the surface of honey. If it places in room temperature, it returns to its original condition.
