PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Patient Emergency Trolley, Medical Nursing Crash Cart, Medical Cart hospital Furniture
This product should be designed to enable rapid emergency treatment for patients in critical condition in emergency rooms or intensive care units. Inside the drawers, A.B.S PLASTIC baskets should be placed with dividers to separate and store various medications, allowing for quick access and use. The existing protruding handles should be removed, and the width should be minimized to allow for easy movement in narrow spaces. A C.P.R. BOARD should be attached to the back for emergency treatment of cardiac patients. On the left and right sides, hangers should be designed to allow for the attachment of various options, so users can select options according to their needs.
Specifications.
SHELF
Shelves are placed on the top and bottom. To prevent warping or tilting of the product, aluminum pillars are placed at each corner for robust assembly. The shelves should be made of composite P.P. and robustly constructed to prevent damage from collisions during operation. The center of the top shelf should have a concave groove to prevent items from falling, and SUS304 27-type stainless steel should be placed on top to maintain hygiene and prevent bacterial contamination during product use.
BODY
The product's body should be made of aluminum to minimize weight and coated with powder paint to prevent chipping.
DRAWER
The product's drawers consist of 1 small drawer, 2 medium drawers, and 1 large drawer. Inside the drawers, baskets made of A.B.S PLASTIC material should be inserted, allowing for easy attachment and detachment. The inside of the baskets should have dividers to separate and store medications.
BIN BOX
On the left side, a clean zone should be designated with a BIN BOX, configured with 6 bins to classify and use medications by type, making it convenient to use.
Waste Holder
The right side should be used as a contaminated zone, and a holder for a waste BOX should be manufactured. The holder should be made of SUS 304 27-type stainless steel and designed for easy attachment and detachment.
C.P.R. BOARD
A bracket should be placed on the back of the product to attach and detach a C.P.R. BOARD, enabling emergency treatment for cardiac patients.
CASTER
The product should have excellent mobility and low noise during operation. It should be equipped with four 5-inch brakes to ensure no movement when fixed.
Guardrail
A guardrail made of Ø16 material should be robustly attached to the left, right, and back (3 sides) of the top shelf, serving as a handle or for hanging accessories.
Sliding Auxiliary Shelf
A sliding auxiliary shelf should be installed on the left side of the cart to utilize a wider space.
