How to Use

1. Hold the applicator

Make sure the rounded tip of the applicator is facing your body. Hold the grip area with your thumb and middle finger.

2. Insert the applicator

Gently insert the applicator into the vagina at a slight angle, until your fingers holding the grip touch your body.

3. Push to insert the tampon.

With the applicator fully inserted, use your index finger to push the inner tube until it slides into the outer tube—this will place the tampon inside your body. Then slowly remove the applicator.

4. Remove the used tampon

When it’s time to remove, gently pull the removal string that remains outside your body. Wrap the used tampon in toilet paper and dispose of it in a trash bin.

Cautions

· Do not insert the grip section of the applicator into the body.

Always hold the grip firmly to ensure it stays outside the body during insertion. After inserting the tampon, remove the applicator completely and confirm that no part remains inside.

· Do not cut the removal string.

Leave a portion of the string outside the body at all times to allow for safe and easy removal.

· Replace only after removing the previous tampon.

Always remove the used tampon before inserting a new one.

· Use only during menstruation.

Tampons are intended solely for menstrual use. Do not use for any other purpose.

· Do not use if packaging is damaged or the applicator is deformed.

If the packaging is torn or the applicator is cracked or misshapen due to storage or handling, do not use the product.

· Do not flush down the toilet.
